<p> <img src="images/stories/Session/logo.jpg" border="0" width="83" height="108" align="left" />بعد انقطاع طارئ حتمته الظروف الاستثنائية  التي مرت بها بلادنا العام المنقضي، ينتظم مهرجان المبدعات العربيات بسوسة في دورته 16 .<br /> هذه الدورة هي الأولى بعد ثورة 14 جانفي وتنتظم تحت عنوان «إبداع المرأة العربية بين القيد والحرية» من 26 إلى 28 أفريل  2012 بمشاركة مبدعات وجامعيات وصحافيات من تونس والعالم العربي. من العسير أن يجدد المرء بدقة الشروط الضرورية أو حتى الشروط الملائمة للخلق الإبداعي.. فالناظر إلى تاريخ الإبداع الإنساني يلاحظ بيسر اعتباطية العلاقة بين قيمة الأثر الفني ونوعية الظروف الحافة بإنتاجه، فقد حفظ لنا التاريخ آثارا عظيمة أنتجها على السواء السجناء والطلقاء، المرضى والأسوياء، الناعمون برخاء السلم والمكتوون بجحيم الحرب، المواطنون تحت حكم ديمقراطي مستنير والرعايا تحت الدكتاتورية والقمع فكأنما الشرط الوحيد للإبداع هو الموهبة الفذة لا غير.</p>
